The mullahs can try jamming. Someone forgot to tell them TCP/IP (not UDP/IP, there is a difference) is resilient. It was designed to ensure the message got through. Like FedEx…if a message (packet) positively absolutely has to get there…Transmission Control Protocol is the way to go.
The folks on Arpanet back in the 70s and 80s were developing these protocols with the still-active Cold War in their minds. When you add in all the middleware protocols…even the ‘great wall’ that supposedly isolates the Chicom empire is pretty much (thank you Elon) a sieve.
