    I watched that. He’s got more stuff that talks about the history of eating like a Catholic. I find his recipes and history lessons on Lent particularly interesting.

    This is one of my favorite You Tube channels. The variety of recipes and history stories are amazing — from the “coronation chicken” prepared for Queen Elizabeth II in 1953, to Civil War coffee made from sweet potatoes, to the first, second and third class menus from the Titanic (complete with fascinating stories of Titanic victims and survivors).
