    This one has quite a few variations. Hope I haven’t missed something.

    1.Qc6+ Rd7 forced and removing the possibility of black Kd7 later
    2 Qe4+

    Black has 3 ways to escape check:

    2) … Kd8
    3) Qa8 mate

    or

    2) … Re7
    3) QxRe7 mate

    Black’s 3rd, best option is blocking check with the bishop.

    2) … Be5
    3) QxBe5+

    Now if

    3) … Kd8
    4) QxRh8 mate

    or if

    3) … Re7
    4) QxRe7 mate
